TransViet Promotion was formed in 1996 with the vision of the premier provider of outsource service for the airline industry in a franchise-style manner in Vietnam. We offer a turnkey operation, from necessary government relations, staffing, and office administration to marketing and sales, reservations and airport operations.

Since our humble inception TransViet Promotion has grown at a consistent yet dramatic rate. Set up to act for and represent international airlines, the company is now the major player in airline industry in Vietnam, with an illustrious list of a dozen highly reputable carriers which is about more than a fourth of all airlines operating in the country.

  • Provision of a full representation
    An all-embracing array of services is on offer. Ranging from traditional reservations/ticketing, customer services, sales and distribution… to corporate representation such as participation in trade events, facilitation of air service agreement negotiation, reporting to aeronautical and tax authorities, representing airlines in interline events – just to name a few services that TransViet is providing on behalf of the Principals.
  • Flexible range of services
    Different airlines may see GSA role differently. Airlines may want to setup own office to take care of accounting, administration, corporate marketing or airport handling, leaving only marketing, sales/distribution and customer services to the GSA. Some airlines may choose saving costs further by entrusting the GSA to representing carriers in all aspect of the airline operation in the appointed territory.
  • Selling the whole airline network rather than only point-to-point traffic
    TransViet understands very well the concept of point of sales and assumes the tasks to maximise revenue for airlines in the appointed territory. In addition to direct routes, the whole route structure is carefully analysed so that domestic and beyond home-base network are marketed to customers, thus providing some very interesting revenue opportunities to airlines. This is even more vital to offline carriers who may have an impressive route network where else but provide limited access to Vietnam-based travellers.
